BAD POSTURE?

This image shows the difference between good and bad posture.

Bad posture refers to the way in which we hold our bodies while standing, sitting, or lying down. Poor posture can lead to a variety of health problems, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and fatigue.

Some common examples of bad posture include slouching while sitting, hunching forward while standing, and craning the neck forward while looking at a computer or phone screen. These positions place extra stress on the muscles and joints of the body, leading to discomfort and pain over time.

To improve posture, it's important to be mindful of how you're holding your body throughout the day. Sitting up straight, keeping your shoulders relaxed, and engaging your core muscles can all help to improve posture and reduce discomfort. Additionally, taking regular breaks from sitting and stretching can help to keep the muscles limber and prevent stiffness. If you have chronic pain or discomfort related to poor posture, contact us right away to help you identify your weaknesses and provide you with ''hands-on-treatment'' and other strategies to improve your posture and overall physical health.
