Our Policy
At our clinic, we are committed to providing every patient with the highest standard of care in a professional and welcoming environment. To help your appointment run smoothly and ensure the best possible treatment experience, please take a moment to read the information below regarding bookings, cancellations, and what to bring to your session.
Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with our clinic, you are reserving a dedicated space in our schedule that is no longer available to other patients. To ensure fairness and respect for all patients, we ask that you please follow our booking and cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Deposits & Late Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
If you fail to attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.
This policy applies to all patients without exception. Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Notice must be provided during our clinic operating hours:
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed — cancellation messages cannot be accepted
Cancellations made outside of these hours cannot be accepted within the 48-hour cancellation window.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help us assess and treat you effectively, please wear or bring suitable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
Clothing
Lower body treatment: Please bring or wear shorts.
Upper body treatment: Please bring or wear a sports bra or a vest top.
*Please note that treatment may not be possible if appropriate clothing is not worn or brought to your appointment, as access to the area being treated is required for assessment and treatment.
Additional Information
We also recommend bringing any relevant medical information, scan reports, referral letters, or details of previous treatment, where applicable.
For your first appointment, please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Please avoid heavy training immediately before your appointment where possible, and ensure you are well hydrated before your session.
